本閘門是由方型門框、閘板、導(dǎo)軌、密封條、可調(diào)整密封機構(gòu)等部件組成，其密封原理是門框固定于水池方型管道及墻壁上，導(dǎo)軌固定門框與墻壁上，閘板通過導(dǎo)軌做啟閉動作，直到閘板上的鍥塊碰到導(dǎo)軌條上的鍥塊，使得閘門密封面緊靠門框上的密封面，從而起到密封效果，另外閘板密封面跟門框密封面都是鑲銅材質(zhì)的，具有耐磨損的特性，使得閥門密封密封性好、耐磨性強、耐腐蝕、操作簡單、安裝方便、使用壽命長、適應(yīng)性廣等特點。適用于給水排水、水利和防洪等水工構(gòu)筑物的取水口、水池及集水井內(nèi)，作切換流道或截斷水流用，其安裝管道為方型口設(shè)置。此閘門可以通過啟閉機在平臺上操作，根據(jù)客戶要求可以配置手動、手電兩用啟閉機，使得開啟過程中輕松自如。
