工業(yè)鍋爐用快速排污閥采用浮動(dòng)閘板型結(jié)構(gòu)，為自壓密封，具有開關(guān)迅速及流阻小，排量大。將手柄逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，齒輪軸驅(qū)使閥桿帶動(dòng)閘板迅速上升，打開通道，使沉積在鍋爐的飽和聯(lián)箱底部的松軟的水垢和沉渣，借鍋內(nèi)蒸氣壓力驟然排出爐外，手柄來轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)多次，就可達(dá)到排污的目的。
